What we collect

Only what you give us through our intake form or in the course of your engagement:

• Your name and business name
• Your mobile number and/or email address
• Your shop address, if you provide it
• The process area you select and what you tell us about your operation
• Information about your consulting engagement, shared during our work together

How we use it

• To reply to your request within one business day
• To schedule and perform your Free Process Review or consulting engagement
• To send you service-related text messages about your engagement — but only if you opted in through our intake form
• To keep a record of your consent and our communications

Your details go only to James Kempen at Compass & Coin Consulting. Form submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled database and dispatched as alerts to James directly.

What we never do

• Send marketing or promotional texts — ever
• Sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing
• Add you to a mailing list or drip campaign
• Text a number that hasn’t opted in through our intake form

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as your engagement and our consent records require. Records are stored in Cloudflare’s infrastructure with access limited to James Kempen. We don’t run ads, trackers, or third-party analytics on this site.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any message, use the opt-out box in our site footer, or email/call us — all texts to your number stop
• Ask what we hold: email us and we’ll tell you, plainly
• Ask us to delete: email us and we’ll remove your data, keeping only what law or our consent records require
