Services & engagements
Consulting work — scope, deliverables, fees, and payment terms — is defined in a signed proposal or agreement for each engagement. Those documents control over anything on this website. The Free Process Review is a no-cost, no-obligation conversation; submitting a request does not create a consulting relationship.
